When will my order ship?
Within 2 weeks of your order. Kits are assembled to order, and we email tracking the day yours goes out. Order by December 5 for delivery by Christmas.
What do I do with my result?
Use it as one more signal alongside sleep, stress, food, and movement. Readings can fluctuate, so a trend over several tests tells you more than any single number. If a reading concerns you, bring it to your healthcare provider.
Can I cancel before it ships?
