Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your Sensa Wellness account is directly in the app:

1. Open the Sensa Wellness app and log in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete Account & Data.
4. Confirm. You may be asked to re-enter your password.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all associated data, including your scan history, wellness scores, and health profile. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at info@sensawellness.org from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your account credentials (email and display name)
• All scan records and wellness scores
• Your health and lifestyle profile
• Reminder preferences

No data is retained after deletion, except where retention is required by law. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
