Those anecdotes are worth taking seriously, but they are not the same as evidence that meat lowers inflammation. To understand what is really happening, it helps to separate two very different things: the effect of removing foods that were genuinely provoking a person's immune system, and the independent effect of eating a diet built entirely around animal products. Why Some People Feel Less Inflamed on Carnivore
